Trees Rendering Strangely

Hello! I’m relatively new to UE4 and have been working on a project using trees from the Kite Demo. However, upon moving a certain distance away from them they turn into ugly misshapen blocks, and I have been unable to find any answers regarding this kind of issue.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!
