I have building with elevation texture - but i will add some transparency to this.
How ? Even old software 10 years ago or more have transparency to material....

You are right, we should have transparency for the textures.
What might help you in this project is the X-ray function.
It's not the same as transparency, but give it a try, I think it can be used in your case....

Well, I think that the laws of physics are regarded as basics in computer visualisation.......and there is competition around the corner ! and glass should be handled accordingly !!!

At this time I recommend you open the image in a photo editing software and apply the opacity desired then save it as a PNG and load it in your material. In fact, in real - you can have transparent material with printed texture :)
