Transition from animation clip when it has completed?

I would like to transition from the “Jump” clip on its completion to “InTuck”. I don’t want them as one clip, and I would like the transition to happen when “Jump” has played through once. Is there a simple way to make this happen? Right now I have a separate blueprint making the transition happen using a delay node set to the duration of the jump animation clip, I was hoping there was a better solution though.
