Total Lightmap size too large when building light for a level with foliage.

Seriously I have not have ONE level, even with just a few painted foliage items, where I did not get this message. Why are we not allowed to access the foliage actor and more importantly why is there not more control? Simply have multiple of those in a level to avoid the problems!
The Procedural Foliage Placement Tool from the marketplace does this. We can see the created foliage instance actors, delete them and it never creates any that are too large for the lightmap.
This has been a stepchild of UE development for years with the same nagging problem over and over without anything being done. This affects most developers and it really would have a greater positive impact than more esoteric render features

And yes I have already reduced the individual lightmap size of the plants involved to minimum.
