Hey, first time posting here! I posted this somewhere else but got no response, so I’m just going copy-paste here.
I am working on a 3D top-down project that uses point and click controls for movement. I am having this issue where the player character is forced to run around obstacles and also stops moving if the cursor is touching an obstacle. This makes jumping up on objects, like they’re platforms, almost impossible since the character is moved out of its direction.
I’m working with UE4’s top-down template. I believe the problem area might be with this controller function from the template, but I’m not sure how I should alter it.
