Too much settings to get clear Raytrace for Archviz

Hay guys ,

So playing with the raytrace based on many tutorials here and there and everyone usese different method , am not really a coder guy am just an Archviz who wishes to get a clear way in unreal engine to use the BP_lightstudio in a very easy way so i can start focusing on my main work ( materials , lighting , etc ) but when i see those settings in ( use HDRI , use Sky light , use Sunlight ) i dont know where to put the HDRI material so i can get it in my background so i can rotate it and also have the same effec linked to the sky light ,

can someone help or direct me to a much simpler way on using hdri with sun in raytrace ,
