too many activation requests URGENT

Hi,

 

My computer keep getting blocked for no real reason running the latest version 

everytime i use new instances - the app allows me to use 4 - it asks for a licence

now i get this

We have spotted too many activation requests coming fro your computer 

for safety we would recommend you to change your password.

 

help please! we just finished processing a major project and now i am unable to work

Well, you should first be signed into the application and activate your license for the first time, then you can open more instances once done.
