Is there a way to see how much of real world time has passed?

In my game i want to check if 4 hours have passed. If true you can do stuff in game.

Maybe search for “Time” in a blueprint

Well yes i found out there is node ‘‘now’’ that gives you time and date but how to make it so it counts time even when game is not running? Like i am in game it runs time and when i am not in game it still runs it. and when i am back in game it calculates how much time has passed.
