ThirdPersonIdle Anim export with Preview Mesh and import to Maya is wrong

Hey Guys,

i have an issue. I created a simple ThirdPersonTemplate UE4 Project and exported the Anim, in this example the ThirdPersonIdle Animation with the Mesh.
Then i imported it into Maya and got this:

Exporting from Maya and Importing back to UE4 is fine,

but i have another Mesh and rigged it to that Skeleton via Bind Pose and Copy Skin Weights.

Then the result is like that. That makes it difficult to adjust my other Character Meshes to work with Ue4 Anims.

Does anyone have experience with that.
