Third Person Vehicle Camera on Springarm Snapping to Origin

I have a third person camera on a springarm on a vehicle. In 4.15 and 4.18, it snaps the camera back to the origin if I make the arm too long (over 450), or if the camera gets too far from the origin by rotating the springarm, it snaps back to the origin. It doesn’t seem to matter where I set any of the other settings like inherit rotation or pawncontrol rotation.

Anybody have any ideas about this?
