Things to know before start Procedural level Dungeon

Hi im learned about procedural generation map and i want to collect all information that i will need to start.

First : How can i wrap one level that artist do, to instance then(I tried to select all components of level and make a blueprint ,called Room1.To be instanced then)
Second:is possible to use level stream with procedural generation rooms? how is the strategic that i should follow?
Third: what more stuff i should be in my mind to make at this point for dont have problems when development will be more advanced , like variables to store save-game or something like this.
