Heyo!
I used Zbrush for the initial design blocking and high res sculpt, Maya for retopology, skinning, rigging, and animation, and Substance Designer for textures. Most of the textures were pretty easily derived from bakes though since the high res sculpt was plenty detailed as shown below. It made texture work pretty quick.
