the Temporal AA gone ,after somedays back, now gone again

My AA temporal AA work perfectly, but after a while suddenly lost, become noisy on the mesh edge ,after some days , AA is back , but today it lost again , is there any auto optimization running? can I disable it?

it will be your scalability settings changing. it does this if your frame rate drops to low. if you untick monitor editor performance this should stop happening.
