The problem with dynamic light from dynamic sources

I’m trying to make dynamically created rooms with the light set inside. I want, in theory, fully generated buildings
The problem is that when installing a point source, strange shadows appear on the ceiling (if the light source is too close), with a cone - strange shadows on the walls between the light sources.

Lights are movable
Enabled Force no recomputed lightmaps
Enabled distance field shadows

Anything with “static light” I tried to disable…
