The physical object is strongly pushed away from the player

Hi all! I’m trying to do physics as in human fall flat, I ran into a problem that the object I take in my hand bounces off the character and can not stop. Can you direct me in what direction to move to get rid of this problem? I have tried changing the mass of the object, but it doesn’t work.
I attach a physic object to the hand using “Physic Handle”, I also disabled collision with physic objects at the cylinder, this gave a slight advantage but not to the point.
