I am looking for a texturing software under $75 without having to pay monthly or yearly. I would use blender, but I need something a little more built for texturing.

Also Quixel is on sale for $79 bucks right now. That’s similar, but you need Photoshop. Quixel
If you don’t need a commercial license I would go with 3D-Coat. Better sculpting than Blender as well as texturing.
