Textures change everytime i reload level?

Everytime i open unreal, or change level to this specific level, all the textures are different. when i press build geometry everything gets fixed but as soon as i play the game its broken again. Any ideas on how to fix this and what caused this?

ya im having the samw issue had it for a over a month and a half have you gotten it fixed cause if not im going to try changing it to Vulcan and or direct x versions.

i actually did solve it by turning off real time capture in my skylight. let me know if it worked
