Textures blurring out


I’ve a problem with my level. My textures keep blurring out and becoming pixelated every once in while.

The way I get to temporary fix this is by opening the texture up in editor and then going back to the level, that temporary fixes it:

I’ve tried setting the texture filtering to nearest and messing around with the mipmaps but it doesn’t help. The textures are 512x512 if that’s of any revelance.

Any help?

You have to set your textures to No Mipmaps, otherwise it will stream textures based on distance.

Surely you need mipmaps though?

It probably looks more noticeable since your highest resolution is 512. Additionally, looking at the texture up close the source itself seems pixelated.
