Textures and videos in GUI very pixelized in 4K runtime

In Editor, I see very good sharp textures and videos, but then I packaged the game and start it, I see very pixelized textures.
Textures have the same size as the screen, screen resolution 4k.
I don`t see this effect on the Full HD screen.

It was the problem of the screen scale in Windows OS settings. Editor and Runtime use these settings in different ways.
I set it 100% and solved it.
