Texture Streaming Poolsize In Packaged Game

The default texture streaming poolsize is 1000 in UE4, however many cards can handle more memory than that. Is this something that will automatically change depending on the users card, or is it set to 1000 regardless? Getting ready to package a game and want to know how to handle this due to the variety of rigs that will be playing. Any insight would be very much appreciated. =)
