Texture flickering on brush actor when camera far away

I applied a simple texture to a brush in my level which looks fine when the camera is close to the brush, but when far away it starts flickering.

The texture mip gen settings is set to NoMipmaps, the texture group is set to Cinematic and Never stream is checked.

If someone knows how to get rid of the effect, please post your answer. Thank you, Carl
