TextRenderActor Not Visible in Packaged Build (4.6)

This is a Win64 build.

When deploying our game jam submission we noticed that text render actors are completely invisible.

There were some complaints about us using the Roboto font from the engine folder, so we copied it and made sure all our render actors point to the roboto-distancefield that’s in our game folder. This didn’t remedy the issue.

This is still the case in 4.9. Anything using Roboto doesn’t exist in packaged builds.
