Summary

I am in the process of creating a capture the flag map, and am frequently testing on the test server and have had no issues. However just recently when I load into the test server a number of assets appear to be floating in the air from a distance. Some of these assets are still in the the game correctly placed at ground level, while other assets have already been deleted and removed from the map.

When I approach the ‘floating’ objects and get within relatively close proximity, the assets that are still in the game will return to ground level, while the assets that have been deleted will disappear. Unfortunately, when I move away again, and am no longer within close proximity everything appears to be floating again.

I am hoping to find a fix for this that does not involved rebuilding the entire map again.

Steps to Reproduce

I am not sure you will be able to reproduce the problem,but I guess you could try set up a basic Capture the Flag game, place some assets in the game… test play and then edit the map by removing some assets and test play again to see if the map updates correctly on the server.

Expected Result

In my case, the deleted and some assets that are still in the game appear to be floating from a distance even after updating the map and the server.

Observed Result

In my case the problem is with some existing assets and deleted assets appear to be floating in the gamer.
