No, they did not. The only thing that really used it was landscapes and even that was only really used on PC. I don’t think they even support HW tessellation on consoles or mobile. If you need tessellation on a skinned mesh, which is already a brutally inefficent idea, just subdivide it… The savings from the scene being nanite meshed will likely MORE than pay for whatever increased cost you’ll have with a character that has 4x the geometry.
