Switching cameras no longer works


I have a vary basic script that has successfully worked for a while to switch camera on a key press. For some reason, it doesn’t seem to work now, and I see the event being triggered in the blueprint. Furthermore, when I star PLAY, sometime it stars in the 3rd person camera and sometimes in the 1st person camera.

Interestingly, after playing, then if I drag my character a little bit, then hit PLAY again, everything works.

Any idea what would cause this to not function properly?


Use set view target with blend whenever you activate or deactivate a camera component
