We hope everyone is doing well! We wanted to provide you with an update regarding the support for ArchViz Explorer.

Firstly, we’d like to apologize for the recent period of radio silence on our end. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

As you may recall, two years ago, we made the decision to offer ArchViz Explorer for free, and it’s been a rewarding experience to witness how our product has been embraced by the community.

However, we want to be transparent and inform you that our official support obligation for ArchViz Explorer ended last year.

We understand that many of you still have questions, concerns, or encounter issues while using ArchViz Explorer. While we would love to continue offering support, regrettably, our resources are currently limited.
We greatly appreciate your patience during this period.

Regarding the development of a new version of ArchViz Explorer, it has been on our radar for a while now. However, due to other ongoing projects and unexpected events, progress has been delayed. Rest assured, we are committed to making it happen, and we will soon provide updates on our progress.

In the meantime, we encourage you to make use of the resources available in this thread, our documentation, and YouTube.
