SunSky makes emissive and post-process materials dark.

Hi all,

I am fairly new to UE, and cannot quite figure out this issue. I am working on a project which needs to have UI driven weather and dynamic sky/light (representative of real EST time)

I originally worked using dynamic lighting preset and set up emissive material and post-processing driven outline material for some basic interactions for my project. (for instance, I used this highlight material: Tutorial – Creating outline effect around objects | Unreal Engine 4 blog

In order to create the dynamic time connected to real time, I decided to switch to SunSky but now both my basic emissive and the outline materials are black. I have no clue what is going on and do not know where to start to figure out this weird behavior!

Please let me know if you have nay tips or suggestions on how to fix this.
I am using #UE4.27
