Upsides:

  1. I bought it.
  2. High quality.
  3. It’s fun to use.
  4. Highly addictive.
  5. I recommend the product.
  6. Used by some industry professionals.
  7. It’s being regularly updated.

Downsides:

  1. Still has some bugs.
  2. UI still needs improved.
  3. It’s very pricey.
  4. For me requires more money later, full cost would be 590$ per seat commercial usage, and currently Full Substance Database = $1,590.00
  5. Not happy about the licensing model. OpenGL and DirectX are in the product for free, and the pencil and paper manufacturers don’t get paid royalty?
  6. Specs are way off. (Requires an NVIDIA55 or AMD77? I’m using an ATI HD 5770 and also have a NVIDIA Galaxy GT220.)
  7. Textual documentation isn’t complete though initial videos are great.
  8. Website account section sluggish.
  9. Website’s a bit buggy.
