Hello there! The best bet is to email billing@unrealengine.com and ask to be placed on our notification list (we need your email to add you). We are adding support for different regions and countries - and we will actively let you know when we add Indonesia.
We are happy to report that some Asian countries that were previously labeled as ‘coming soon’ (including Indonesia) are now available.
You can now use credit card with Indonesia’s billing address in addition to Paypal.
Please give it a try and keep us posted on your progress using UE4.
