stretches the model how to fix?

I created a new project and wanted to try animating using control rig, but when I try to move a part of the body it stretches how to fix it?

That looks like an FK control.

FK = forward kinematics

IK = Inverse kinematics

FK controls are meant for rotation only. That control will rotate the wrist. To move the whole arm, you’d select the shoulder one and rotate it.

If you want to grab the hand and place it where you want via translation, you’ll need to switch that arm to use IK controllers.
