Strange Lighting issue when building light

Hey guys,

I’ve some lighting issues when i build my light in my test scene. i got 2 different objs (one are all the rails and one is the house). As you can see the shadows look really weird. i don’t know what iam doing wrong. take a look:

i think there i another problem. i set the lighting quality to production and this is the result:

And how can i change that or where are the options for this? And how should or could i set it?

This is such a basic question that I think you should read all the lighting documents: Lighting the Environment | Unreal Engine Documentation

But to answer your question: Either in the static mesh viewer or in the actor properties.
