SteamVR/Vive: SetActorRotation does not affect player pawn


Like the title says, I’m trying to rotate the actor so that the player can walk on walls/ceiling. SetActorLocation works just fine, but SetActorRotation does not. I’m assuming that the SteamVR-plugin is overriding this somehow. I know I can rotate the world around the player, but that’s not the best option when doing a multiplayer game.

I know there aren’t many Vive-devs here but I can’t post questions on the SteamVR-discussion board until I recieve dev-status, so I’m trying my luck.
