Static Mesh Rotation Transformation

Not sure if I’ve missed something obvious, I have a static mesh object I imported from maya and is attached to a blueprint class. When simulating the object and when viewing in the view-port the objects orientation has front as the objects left side. The left side is the front, i.e. I need to rotate the object by 90degrees around the z axis to correctly orientate the mesh. I’ve been looking around and also tried reimporting the static mesh but this doesn’t seem to have had any effect. Images included below.
