SSR Tip: If no Screen Space Reflections, set Engine Scalability Settings - Effects >= High

If Engine Scalability Settings <=Medium then SSR is disabled.

Took me much too long to figure out why my screen space reflections did not appear. this should be documented in reflections root page.
