Splitscreen Motion Blur Glitch

So my team updated to from 4.10 to 4.11 with out letting me know about it, I don’t know if this is a result of that but it wasn’t doing this before.

at first I wan’t sure what was causing this, and after looking to to it, it seems to be a Motion Blur Glitch. The Engine thinks this is intended behavior cause no error messages came up.

sorry about the giant image, If anyone knows how to make it smaller please let me know.

I had this same issue and had a post on answer hub (when porting my game to 4.11), but it never did get solved. I just decided to stay with 4.9 instead.

someone from my Team has found this interesting pattern on the bottom right players screen. I thought I might be useful to find solutions to fix it maybe.
