Spline mesh is overlapping(Urgent)

When the angle is acute mesh is overlapping how can i resolve this
I tried adding points on either side but the spline is getting distorted in runtime and the expected output is not coming
Please let me know what will help me out to solve this

Is it even possible to fix? I mean, the spline bends the geometry, but it can’t push in a part of the geometry when it overlaps itself. It’s the same in Blender when you use a curve to deform a mesh, and I’m pretty sure in Maya and 3DS Max it’s the same. My suggestion would be not to use such acute angles =) Make it a bit more rounded with an extra spline point.

It’d look better if you allowed the tangent to go below zero, surely.

The points are linear there so this is an extreme case scenario. You can mitigate this to an extent if you get clever with tangents, even if its a sharp single point only.

This still needs tweaking :expressionless:

I tried adding points on either sides but in runtime that is not coming good
But i wanted to see the blueprints that you people connected might help me
