Spline Mesh Component for 2D Game

I’m right now creating a 2d game that uses assets (like Ori and the blind forest) as opossed to tilesets…
I have the option of re creating every floor per level… which is a tedious job… or create a base plain floor and modify it to create the floor… originally i thought about re importing each floor but i foudn out this:

So rayman legends was created using something similar to spline meshes… i’m right now checking this solution… i would have to use Static Meshes for the floor instead of Paper2D sprites… but if this solves the issue i have no problem with it…

Do you guys have any recomendations? or is it too much of a hassle to do this?
