Specific object/material influenced Lights

Is there any way to make the light influence specific objects?
I know ‘Lighting channels’ do similar result but it seems like it only works per skeletal mesh.
Is it possible that the light influence specific object inside the skeletal mesh? For instance, eye mesh.
What I want is highlighting the eye mesh, but because eye mesh is included in character’s skelectal mesh, I can’t separate the eye mesh’s ‘Lighting channels’ from body mesh’s.

You can fake lighting within a material though.
