Spawn Emitter Attached Not Spawning at proper location?

I can’t get my particle to spawn and follow my actor’s component I’m trying to attach it to.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong but any vector location I give it seems to be irrelevant as it always spawns in the exact same place.
On top of the incorrect spawn, although it is spawning attached it is not following the actor.

Notice the right “Grid” that is where I manually place the lasers.

On the left I’m trying out a new BP to spawn them during run time.

As you can see on the bottom that is where the lasers spawn, three at the moment all in the same place like that no matter what vector location I give it.

Still can’t figure this one out.
