Space Fog (redesign of exponential height fog)

Hello! I would like to make a feature request, namely a “space fog”.

This would work exactly like the ‘exponential height fog’, however it wouldn’t be bound by height (= decrease at greater height) but instead fill the whole level.
It would be extremely handy for space games (e.g. to build nebulas), or scenes where you don’t want the fog to diminish at a certain height.
