Soul: City Assets Have Odd Offsets

After downloading the Soul: City assets from the marketplace, everything worked out fine. When I dragged them into the viewport though while making a level, things got weird. Many of the assets would be very far away from the crosshairs used to move/rotate/scale them, and it was extremely difficult to move/rotate/scale them like that. I’m not sure why this would happen, and I do not believe that it was intentional when the assets were made.

I would like to know what the problem is, and what can be done to fix it.
