With Chief Architect (excellent program btw), my workflow would be to export it as a .dae file. That I would import into 3DS Max and then export it as a .udatasmith file. Then open that Datasmith file in Unreal 4. Datasmith does an excellent job at unwrapping, though there are some overlapping when it comes to the roof. Don’t do the FBX export without unwrapping. Knowing how to do UV unwrapping is always good skill to have.
But even a better solution now that Unreal 4 can import Twinmotion files, I import the DAE file into Twinmotion. Add my materials and make it look nicer, then save the Twinmotion file and can then open the TM file in Unreal 4. (No unwrapping necessary)
If you have Twinmotion, give it a try with Chief Architect .dae exports. Chief Architect does save hours of modelling one would do in programs like Blender and 3DS Max.
Tip regarding the doors, Hide the Doors layer in Chief Architect and export that as a version without doors. Or under options in the doors panel, leave the door at 90’ or 100% open.
Also get “ArchViz Interactive UI and Tools” in the marketplace, it is free for the month of November. This add material and mesh change to your meshes/materials.
For further inspiration go to https://www.dviz.com.br/khouselite and download this free Unreal project. It showcase how realistic ArchViz can get.
Hope this helps, it works for me.
