I’ve been hammering on this issue for a couple of days now, and for the life of me can NOT solve it.
I spent a lot of time going through things and telling them not to block camera views,
then I went through and turned as many objects as I could to not be used as occluders.
It helped, or so I thought. Still had some flickering. It seems to happen more when I’m inside of this mech I’m piloting, buuuuut it also happens if I just spawn a pawn in an empty map and walk around.
Then I turned off Occlusion Culling completely in the project settings, and the issue is still happening… So maybe it’s not occlusion doing this?
I’ve been spinning my tires, and I just desperately want to get back to building my project.
I’m sure I’ve ticked a button somewhere in the labyrinth of UE5, but I just don’t know what could be the root of this issue.
Even if your best answer is a guess of somewhere to poke around, I’d appreciate it.
Cheers!
