Some meshes appear to glow at a distance?

Hello all,

Hit a snag recently.

Quite simply, if I draw away from my level, some meshes appear to ‘glow’ or get the incorrect lighting. Even after several lighting rebuilds this occurs. As you can see, meshes of the same type closer to the camera appear normal, and as they should.

Is there any known reason/solution for this issue?

Would appreciate any help.
