Here is a video demonstrating my issue:
For some reason why my Client character zooms in ( i have a time line on the camera) the surrounding world stutters.
Any Idea why this may be happening?

Solution: After tinkering with camera settings, I realized I wasnt replicating the movement speed variables. I was never replicating the variables for the movement during zoom and normal, since I was slowing the movement while zooming! =P
