Smooth the shadows

Anyone knows if theres a way to smooth the shadows in assets like this?

Or some kind of solution to create assets without this “problem”.

the ideal solution would be to bevel the hard edges while keeping the normals weighted to the flat faceted faces. Vertex normals and shading is a giant rabbit hole of problems and solutions. You can’t completely smooth the vertex shading on the model without it looking blobby and weird. VertexNormal - polycount
