If you don’t follow the readme file, you can manually load the .hda files to run it.
Loading options are in Assets/Install Asset Library…
The folder address of .hda files is \Citysample_ HoudiniFiles\Small_ City\houdini\otls
You should also change the default in the lower right corner from Manual to Auto Update.
