Slides for the Real-Time Rendering video tutorial

Hi,
Would it be possible to have links to the slides PDF files thar Sjoerd de Jong use in the Real-Time Rendering video tutorial, please?
Those would be very useful to as reference material after having watched those amazing videos.

And actually it would be good to extend this to as many classes as possible.
