Slider value change to Day Night Circle. Help me!

Hey Guys!
I’m ne bie learn UE4.I used Unreal 4.9.2 version.
I’m trying make Day night (Time Of Day) change to value by Slider
But i have errors for this.
I can’t good work.
PLz help me! What is wrong? Thank so much.

You should use Set Actor Rotation instead of Add Actor Local Rotation.
