Skinned meshes recompute the wrong normals/Not at seams

Because my skinned meshes also have morph targets, I forced skinned meshes to recompute tangents.but it get the wrong results, is there any way to fix it?The bad normals is not at seams.

I don’t know why this has happened.But I go back to Maya and change my model,then the bad normals disappear.
